Refund policy

Can I return my purchase if I'm not happy with it? 

You can return any product bought from us that you are not happy with within 15 days of receipt. 

To be eligible for a refund, the returned product (s) must be in its original condition, not been opened, used, damaged or tampered with in any way for hygiene reasons.

Cost of returns is on the customer, and we do not make refunds for original shipping cost.

 

Can I change or cancel my order? 

Order placed can be changed, or even cancelled before it is shipped. Unfortunately, order that is already shipped/dispatched cannot be cancelled or changed.

 

Want to cancel an order?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel order once it has been dispatched. Once received, the products must then be returned unopened, undamaged in their original, resalable condition in order to be eligible for a full refund. Please note, cost of returning product is on the customer.

 

I placed multiple orders; can they be sent as one parcel?

Individual orders are treated separately. Hence, we cannot merge orders. If it is necessary to have all orders in one parcel, we recommend to cancel order immediately before they are dispatched, and make a new order including all the items you want and then, they can be dispatched as one parcel.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
